Snapshots From This Week:
4th Grade Engineering
The entire grade 4 student body did some engineering work in the LRC. Tables from AT's classroom were wheeled in. Tons of fun and engagement happening here!
Kindergarten Sweetness
This kind sweetheart in HG's room was helping out her buddy. Definitely brought a smile to my face!
Welcome New WHS Stars!
Special thanks to Sue Space and Tracie Elliott who made this awesome welcome board for new students to our school this year. It is just what you do when have pics of new students and a blank bulletin board. (Back of Smartboard Wall in LRC)
Staff Shout Outs!
Mike fixed the kindergarten bathroom doorknob so that the door would close. (I know this sounds silly, but it REALLY was kind of a big deal!) It has been broken since last year, and he persevered, took it apart, and FIXED IT!! Yay, Mike! Thanks for providing privacy for our students!
Kim did a GREAT job calming down a student of hers who got upset in the computer lab. She was caring and gave her good strategies for success.
A Big Shout Out to all the CHECK IN CHECK OUT Teachers Pictured Below!
