The course has been designed to offer a comprehensive introduction to culinary and baking skills over a 12-week period. Each week will be comprised of a 15 minute lecture, 75 minute kitchen session during which culinary topics, processes, and applications will be explored, 20-25 minute sanitation, and 5 minute discussion review. The course will be open to all high school students who are able to commit to the entire program and are in good academic standing. The class size will be limited to (10) eligible students. Interested students should speak with their guidance counselor.
