5th Grade Reading

We have been working across the curriculum, and we brought science into our reading group! We have been learning about matter. Here is a link to help you understand what matter is! We have also been doing poetry readings to help with our fluency. If you have any Dr. Seuss books at home, these would be great for practice!

3rd Grade Writing

We are working on personal narratives! Please remember if you want to publish one of your narratives and include pictures, e-mail them to yourself, or get them from your parents!

4th Grade Writing

We worked REALLY hard on the different types of sentences! We are moving on this week to parts of speech (nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs). We will also begin writing our personal narratives. Start thinking about some awesome things that you have done that you can write about! Here are some links to help review types of sentences and parts of speech.
