Mr. B's Bright Lights of May 19th

Lovin Springtime!

THIS WAS OUR FINAL FULL WEEK OF SCHOOL!

We have had an incredible school year and as we look at the calendar, we realize that it is quickly coming to an end. There is still a lot of learning happening every day, and this will continue until our final day of school. Next week and the following week are 4 day weeks (No school Friday, May 26th or Monday, May 29th) due to the Memorial Day weekend. We look forward to ending the year strong!

CELEBRATION DAY IS FRIDAY, JUNE 2ND

Our 7th annual Celebration Day is scheduled for Friday, June 2nd. In the coming weeks you will hear more about this from our PTO and PE teachers. Keep an eye out for some exciting opportunities that have been planned for that day.

CAMP INVENTION IS JULY 31ST THROUGH AUGUST 4TH

Camp Invention is coming to Merton this year as part of our summer school program for the amazingly low price of $35. This camp experience is for students entering grades K-6 and will take place the week of July 31-August 4 (which is the week between July and August summer school courses). Spots are filling up incredibly quickly, and we anticipate this opportunity being closed very soon. Want to register? Please call Camp Invention customer service at 1-800-968-4332. WI Expo Learning more each day about our amazing state

We have so much to be proud of in our state of Wisconsin. Our fourth graders did some real digging into learning about a particular topic of interest from our vast assortment of state products and activities. I truly learned something new from each station I visited.

Those little chicks have hatched in 4K

Here is another batch of these cute little feathered creatures that our 4K children will learn about. The children can't wait to see each day how the baby chicks have grown.

Mike Budisch

Thanks for all of the support for our school activities. This has been another banner year for all of our volunteers. These parents and family members are so important to our school and their work is invaluable. We are truly grateful.
