8TH GRADE HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION NOW OPEN
On behalf of Highland Park High School, we are sharing the following message regarding online registration.
Registration is NOW open on the Online Registration Webpage (olr.dist113.org). The process takes about 15-20 minutes. When you go to the webpage, there is a video that walks you through the registration process. After you submit your name and email address, you will receive an email with the subject "Welcome to Online Registration." You will need to click the link at the bottom of the email to continue the rest of the registration process. At this time, it will ask you for residency documents and ID.
HPHS is very excited to begin your journey as Giant of the class of 2026!!
If your student will NOT be attending HPHS for the 2022-2023 school year, please notify us in the office at 224-765-3600.
Outdoor Recess and Cold Temperature Guidelines
"Northwood will continue to follow the District’s Outdoor Recess and Cold Temperature Guidelines which states that all schools in the North Shore District will engage in outdoor recess unless temperatures are at or below 15 degrees (including wind chill) or if there is precipitation. Students will also be allowed to come into our buildings before school when the temperature is at 15 degrees or below including wind chill. Please make sure your students are dressed for weather conditions - coats, hats, gloves, scarfs etc."
Water bottles/Lost and Found
Please remind your student that they need to be bringing their own refillable water bottles to school. We do not have cups for water or have water bottles on hand. Even though the weather is not hot outside, the students get thirsty being inside.
LOST AND FOUND:
Our lost and found area continues to grow each week with lost sweatshirts, hats, water bottles, coats, etc. Please have your student look at the area to see if anything belongs to them. ***ALL ITEMS WILL BE TOSSED OR DONATED 12/17/21***
A Message From the Nurse's Office

Pictures of cards can be emailed to me at aflicher@nssd112.org or sent to my work cell phone 224-507-3900.
