Blood Draw and IV
Coach Patterson's EAGLE MED students (health science pathway) Therapeutics services class mastered the steps to draw blood in Lab this week. The Lab uses 2 different simulation arms that have skin and veins that mimic an actual human arm. The lab is a fun way to work on patient care skills, PPE ( personal protection equipment) technique and other skills needed in today's healthcare workforce. If you or any students have any questions about our program or would like to join HOSA / EAGLE MED, please contact Coach Pat or email him (Lpatterson@jcsboe.org).
