WE'VE GOT SPIRIT!
Counselor Communication
This school year if off to a great start! This week and next week I will be going into classrooms to teach Counseling Class, which is the new name for my lessons this year. The students are learning what my role is here at Evergreen as well as getting to know their classmates better. I have included my counselor communication pages below. The students are becoming more familiar with this too. The teachers are putting this on their classroom pages so they are able to get ahold of me as needed. It includes my telephone number, email address, and forms to fill out so I can best help you and your child. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns, I am happy to help. I am looking forward to a great year and getting to know you all better. Have a great weekend and we will talk to you soon.
Thank you,
Tricia Kedrowicz

- "They were caught walking quietly in the hall:)"
- "Our class has quickly built our stamina for reading silently to self. On Tuesday, we all read silently and on task for over for 15 minutes. Way to go room 11! We also took our first trip to the Eagle Store!"
- "Everyone tried their best during writing time. They drew details in their illustrations, used a zero or one voice level, and worked the whole time!"
Safety Drill
On Wednesday, September 15 at 9:00 a.m. Evergreen Elementary conducted a fire drill. All students and staff followed our fire drill procedures concisely and in a timely manner.
Students were safe and did their job during this important fire drill. A special shout out to our 5th graders who exited the building, stayed in line, and entered the school silently and efficiently. They were great role models for our younger grades. We are proud of them for being great leaders of our building!
