SBS Weekly Parent Update

May is a busy month!
Our 2nd Annual SBS PTO Golf Classic was an outstanding success. We got some sprinkles, but overall the weather cooperated. A big thank you to all who were involved in getting the tournament together, and all that came out and played.
Father Tom has announced that the Light of Christ Catholic Collaborative will be receiving a new Parochial Vicar on June 1st, Father Robert Cullen. Please keep him in your prayers as he prepares to enter our Collaborative.
We have a big week ahead. Our Second Graders will be hosting our school Mass this Tuesday, which is known as May Procession where they perform the Crowning of Mary. Please consider joining us for this wonderful Mass.
On Thursday we will be having Field Day for Grades K - 8. Students must wear their gym uniforms. Please pray for good weather!
Looking ahead to our "Theme Days" during the last week of school.

Calling All Parents - Support Needed for Bingo
We need your support. Bingo is run by parents and volunteers through our Assisting Program. Each position offsets your Assisting Fee. We need more helpers!
We are offering an additional school tuition credit of $500.00 for every additional commitment on one Sunday per month.
What does it mean to work Bingo?
The commitment is one Sunday evening per month, a total of 13 Sundays a year. Positions start in June of every school year.
There are many different positions to choose from when working Bingo.
If you are unable to take on a full time Assisting Bingo Position, please consider volunteering one Sunday. All volunteers receive a raffle ticket for a monthly drawing where the winner gets $250.00!
Please reach out to our Bingo Coordinator, Joe Rojas, at joerojas@gmail.com. He can give you additional information about open assisting positions and on how to volunteer.
Prayerfully consider supporting our Bingo program.
