Update on the Pilot Report Card
Lakeview Elementary School
Lakeview Continues to Pilot New Report Card for 2015-2016
We believe it is critical to ask Lakeview families to provide feedback throughout the year on the new report card. Please look for survey links in the monthly newsletter the Lion's Roar to let your voice be heard.
Thanks for all you do,
Mr. Holler and Mrs. Armbruster

An Analogy to Help Explain the 4-3-2-1
What subject areas are a part of the pilot report card?
What is a report card indicator?
What is a learning scale?
How can I find copies of the learning scales?
What level do we want the students to achieve on the learning scale?
What does my student need to do if they start at a 1?
Why are some areas not assessed or blacked out on report card?
Why does the report card include both a letter grade and scale score for grades 3rd-5th?
Letters grades kept for these reasons:
- All other WSD elementary schools using letter grades
- Some classes in middle school use a letter grade to help determine placement
- Ease transition to new report card
- Continue to ask for LVE Parents for feedback on this issue this year
