who were the people associated with the change?
Galileo Galilei
Galilei Invented Scientific Method, the telescope, made a mathematical language. he impacted society by giving us formulas to solve and understand science. He also gave us tools to see things in space.
Nicolaus Copernicus
Polish astronomer who discovered that earth turns on its own axis(daily). He said that the long-term changes in the direction of the axis account for the procession of the equinoxes.
Johannes Kepler
man who made the almanac. he was the mathematician of the province in Tubingen.
How did the change impact the society at the time?
People still had the idea that the earth was the center of the universe and they still believed the Ptolemy's theory. Many people did not know anything about astronomy and math. Johannes Kepler made a huge contribution by making the almanac.
