Who: All CMS Knights!

What: Parking Lot Parade

When: May 8, 2020 1-3 pm

Where: CMS Parking Lot

Why: Because we love and miss our students (past and present)!

Teachers will have their vehicles decorated, smiles on, and some plan to bring their horses, goats, and dogs! Please join us in celebrating YOU (the student) and our parent community!

We are asking parents to abide by the current social distancing guidelines and stay in their vehicles as they progress through our parking lot. Feel free to make a sign, lots of noise, and show your CMS spirit!

As some of our families are struggling, we want to use this gathering time for good and perhaps help meet a need in our community. If you have canned food items and/or gently used clothes, we will have collection sites available. CMS will handle the sanitation and distribution of items. Please know that there is no obligation to bring items.

Returning/Picking up items

CMS Families – if you have Cross Country Skis or Library materials not currently needed for classwork please bring them to CMS, M-F, 8-3:30.

If you haven't picked up your student's locker items, we have them bagged and ready to go.

When you arrive at CMS, please call the office and we will deliver/pickup curbside. 761-1500

Census 2020 Extended Deadline

The District has been asked to help Census 2020 by sharing the below information to families:

“The 2020 Census operations timeline has been extended due to COVID-19. All Alaska households will now have until October 31, 2020 to respond. If you have not responded, it is easier than ever to respond online at my2020census.gov or call 1-844-330-2020 to make sure you are counted.”
