Shared Reading
We will be working hard on vowels this week and next week. Small Groups are up and running and we are working hard in centers. Keep practicing reading each night at home. This is the number ONE way your child will become a better reader.
SIGHT WORDS -- words we have learned so far:
I, a, can, see, like, am, to, go, the, he, she, we, me, is, it, BE, YOU, LOOK (new words in Large print)
Writing
In Writing Workshop we will be writing our Wish List for the upcoming holiday. We will also be filling out "Elf Applications!"
Math
We will be finishing up our measurement unit for the quarter. We have done a great job on measuring and learning how to measure items.

Welcome Jacob R. to our classroom. Jacob makes 26 darlings in our classroom.
The Christmas Party is quickly approaching. We are needing items for the treat bags. Please send in items to Ms. Angle by Dec. 14th and I will send to Devin's mom to help fill the bags. Thank you all so much!
