Indianapolis Send-off Concert and Parent Trip Meeting

Pre-UIL Performance
Dress: Black Formal Concert Uniform to include proper shoes, socks, leggings, belt, etc.
Students should also bring a change of clothes to change into after the performance.
8:30 AM Arrive at MS in formal uniform. Put all back packs, change of clothes in the Band Hall
8:45 AM Depart for HS Auditorium
9:00 AM When we arrive, we will store our instrument cases in the hallway then go to the auditorium and watch the HS Symphonic Band
10:00 AM Warm-up begins in the Band Hall
10:25 AM Move to stage.
10:30 AM Performance begins.
11:30 ish Following the performance, pack your instrument up and load the buses. Upon arrival back to the MS, you may change out of your formal uniform and into your school clothes.

Due to Spring Break starting on our regular board meeting date, we have moved the band booster meeting to Monday, March 4 at 7:30 in the High School band hall.
We have several events happening this spring. Please attend this meeting to learn about how you can help the band.
