Register for 2023-2024

Each year requires a new registration. If you haven't already, we ask that you log into ParentVue to register and provide any updated information from last year. At the end of registration there will be a prompt to fill out the Meal Benefits - Federal Funding Application. Please fill that out even though breakfast and lunch are free to all students this year because the application is linked to funding in other areas of the school.

Challenge Island

Great News!

Challenge Island Western Colorado will be offering after school enrichment classes starting in September!

MTWR 4:00-5:30pm

Fridays 2:00-4:00pm

This will be a great solution for kids that previously attended Noah's Ark. Look for the booth at Back 2 School Night.

A Word from Principal Wilson

Dear Taylor Families,

I am excited to welcome all of our returning and new incoming families to Taylor in just a little over a week! It will be wonderful to meet all of our families! I am also honored to be your next principal at Taylor.

Please make sure you have registered your student(s) online, even if they are a returning student. Even though breakfast and lunch will be free this year, we are asking all of our families to fill out the Free & Reduced Lunch Application because it could provide future resources for our school.

Our Back-to-School Night will be Tuesday, August 8th from 4:00-6:00. Incoming kindergarten families will meet in our library at 3:30 to go over important information prior to them attending Back-to-School Night. As you come through the front door, I will greet you with our wonderful PTO. We are also asking families to answer one question as we revisit our schools’ mission & vision before heading to your classrooms.

Once students return to school, teachers will begin focusing on building community, reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs), and gathering and responding to student data.

One of my goals this year is to prioritize my time so that I am in classrooms working with students and teachers. My door is always open, and I am happy to meet with families, but please know that there might be times when I may need to schedule a time to meet if I am in classrooms.
