WASH YOUR HANDS...
People's Health Is At Stake!
Your lack of proper personal hygiene has the potential to make others ill, and even yourself. It only takes less than a minute to wash your hands properly. Do your part to ensure that diners go home happy...not ill.
Germs and Bacteria = Contamination
You can be sure that if you touch your face, doorknobs, or any surface that is not sanitized, you will indeed pick up microbes and contaminate cookware, utensils, and food. Wash your hands the proper way!
Get your hands wet with hot water.
Water should be 110 degrees Fahrenheit to get maximum cleanliness.
Use Soap!
Soap helps to kill those pesky microbes and bacteria. Scrub good! Try singing the Happy Birthday song in your head two times, or count to twenty, while scrubbing to make sure that your hands are thoroughly clean.
Rinse and Dry!
Rinse you hands in the hot water, and then dry your hands with a clean paper towel.
