Please email me, Robyn Wisti, your student's Allergy Action Plan, Asthma Action Plan, Seizure Emergency Action Plan, Adrenal Insufficiency Emergency Action Plan, Authorization for Medication Administration and/or Diabetic Medical Management Plan as applicable to robyn.wisti@lcps.org We would like to be ready to pivot quickly to the hybrid model and provide for your student's medical needs. Also, in a virtual environment we want your student's teacher to be aware of any health concerns.

Health forms can be found at;

https://www.lcps.org/StudentHealthServices

Again, please email all forms to:

robyn.wisti@lcps.org

PLEASE DO NOT DROP OFF MEDICATIONS OR MEDICAL SUPPLIES AT THIS TIME.

Changes to this school year

Nebulizer treatments and other aerosolizing procedures will not be performed at LCPS during the 2020-2021 school year. These aerosolizing procedures can spread the coronavirus droplets into the air and put others at risk of becoming infected. If you are providing an inhaler for your child to use at school, it must be accompanied by a spacer device.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Immunizations

Immunization letters have been sent home for those students that are noncompliant with vaccinations. Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) comply with the Code of Virginia and LCPS School Board policy.

As always, please reach out to me at robyn.wisti@lcps.org with any questions or concerns that you may have.
