Not all equal: male citizens enjoyed all of the rights. Women had limited rights they were not allowed to vote of goverment offices. Slaves were property with almost no right and small chances for freedom. Freedmen were former slaves with limited rights.

Citizenship belonged to all free law adibing people. The right of the citizens are able to vote, hold officals civil and the goverments, own write contract and own properties and go to court.

The Roman justice has a natural laws giving citizens rights such as connected to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

The punishments are fines, beatings,banishments,slavery, and execution if guilty.
