Professional Contract Renewal

Recommendations for Instructional Professional Contract Renewals for 2016-2017 will be approved at the April 14, 2016 Board Meeting. This year you will receive, sign and submit your contract electronically! We are so excited about this paperless process that has been a joint venture between HR and Technology.

On Monday, April 18th, you will receive an e-mail from DO_NOT_REPLY@kellerisd.net. This e-mail will have instructions to walk you through the process of signing and submitting your contract electronically. To preview the instructions please visit the Announcement section of Workforce K-Connect site.

Please note the Expiration of Offer at the end of the contract which states that the offer of employment contract shall expire unless the Employee signs and returns this Contract to the Superintendent or designee on or before May 2, 2016.

If you have any questions, please e-mail Sam Tran (sam.tran@kellerisd.net) in Human Resources or call extension 1064.

Rockin' Rattlers ROCKED the show!

Summer Intervention Program - Help Needed!

From DWW -

Keller ISD Human Resources is now accepting applications for the Summer Intervention Program.

Please submit the application – noting your preferred placement grade level – directly to the current campus location of the summer school principals identified at the bottom of the application.

Applications must be submitted by April 18, 2016, for consideration.

Only currently KISD employees are eligible to apply.

Spring Fever!

To help us combat our students "Spring Fever", we will have an all-school dismissal practice on Monday morning following morning announcements. You will need to have the NEW hallway expectation video pulled up from our Google folder and ready to play before we call for dismissal. If you have trouble finding the video, please ask your PBIS team lead for assistance.

This is a great opportunity for us to reinforce appropriate hallway/dismissal procedures. Hold students, colleagues, and yourselves accountable to what we have committed to do!

From KISD Communications:

Friendship Elementary librarian, Tanya Norris, has a very rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. She has been fighting it for a year, but it has recently spread to her brainstem. She has lost her mobility and much of her vision so she is no longer able to work. We have put together a booster.com fundraiser for her, for anyone interested:

PBIS/CHAMPS Tip of the Week

It's time to collect and count those Rattler Dollars! Please enter your totals in the PBIS Google document. If you are having difficulty with the document, please see your PBIS team lead for assistance!
