NACAC College Fair in Charlotte 3/8
Hundreds of college representatives will be in attendance at the annual NACAC College Fair in Charlotte on Sunday, March 8th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at the Charlotte Park Expo and Shopping Center. I HIGHLY recommend that all juniors and sophomores attend. Even though freshmen are not required to go, it is a good idea for them to see what colleges are out there.

Upcoming College Representative Visits
One way to get a "feel" for a college without having to visit is by speaking with college representatives who visit Christ the King. Even if you have no interest in attending the college or university, it is as important to find out what you don't like as well as what you do like. For example, a university that you have never heard of may have an excellent study abroad program that you would like to add to your college "must have" list. The only way to do that is to visit and speak to as many colleges/reps as possible.
Even more importantly, the college representatives that visit are usually the ones who will review your application. It is extremely important to put a face to a name so that you are more than just a piece of paper.
For the spring season, sophomores are invited as well to the college rep visits.
Here are some upcoming visits:
Winthrop - February 3rd, 12:30pm
Auburn University - February 10th, 10:15am
University of Georgia - March 9th (time TBD)
Furman University - March 9th, 2pm
University of South Carolina - March 10th, 12pm
Miami University of Ohio - April 27th, 9am
