Ergonomics
Ergonomics are the positioning while typing. You should show correct posture while typing or some certain body parts will hurt. If you lean, it can hurt you neck and back for the most. If your wrist' are in the wrong position, you will experience wrist pain. You always sit up while typing and you always adjust your computer. Adjusting your computer the wrong way might give you a headache. Also keep your feet flat on the ground. By doing that, simply adjust your chair enough for your feet to touch the ground. So show correct posture and you'll be good to go.
Neck Pain
Make sure your neck is in a right position. Keep your head up. To do that, keep your head up and don't lean. Your neck is one of the most common places to hurt while typing.
Wrist Pain
Your wrist' should be over the keyboard. The only thing that should be on the keyboard are your fingers. Pretend like your holding a ball by curving your wrist. If you get tired, rest your wrist on something soft.
Back Pain
Sit your body up while typing, adjust your position enough for your feet to touch the ground. The more you lean, the more your spine curves. You shouldn't bend while typing because it also hurts your neck.
