Ergonomics are the positioning while typing. You should show correct posture while typing or some certain body parts will hurt. If you lean, it can hurt you neck and back for the most. If your wrist' are in the wrong position, you will experience wrist pain. You always sit up while typing and you always adjust your computer. Adjusting your computer the wrong way might give you a headache. Also keep your feet flat on the ground. By doing that, simply adjust your chair enough for your feet to touch the ground. So show correct posture and you'll be good to go.
