Free & Reduced Price Meal Applications
This is a reminder regarding free and reduced meal benefits. Student eligibility status from last school year EXPIRED on September 24, 2020, for households that DID NOT reapply for meal benefits for the current school year. Even though we are currently able to provide free meals to all students, we are strongly encouraging households to complete applications now so when USDA funds run out, which can occur at any time, students, if eligible, can continue to receive meals at a free or reduced price. To reapply online, go to www.schoolcafe.com/pisd. For paper copies of the application, email tiffany.wilson@pisd.edu.

Parent WhatsApp Groups
As a benefit of your membership in PTA, we are now organizing grade-level parent/guardian groups through WhatsApp to provide a place for parents to connect. This way, being able to communicate with each other doesn't depend on if you already know other parents at school. It's an equal opportunity for everybody to get "in the know" without any "who you know" barriers.
**Please answer the questions in the google form to help us create the grade-level groups. We will send out invitation links to every member who completes the survey when we launch. Parents and guardians must EACH submit a form individually.**
National PTA School of Excellence
After School Enrichment Sessions
PTA is providing some affordable, virtual, after-school enrichment opportunities for our students. Sign up for a session each week or pick and choose what you are interested in. We've tried to include something that everyone will enjoy!

Each class will begin promptly at 3:15 and end at 4:00, with the exception of the yoga classes. Some basic materials may be required on hand (scissors, glue, markers, paper, etc.).
