Ski Club Registration
Today we had an organizational meeting for all students interested in joining our Ski/Snowboard club. There are three necessary components students need to complete to join the program.
- Student/Parent need to fill out the Google Form with contact information
- Parents need to fill out 2 forms: CRSD Field Trip Permission Form & HMS Ski & Snowboard Club Permission Form (attached)
- Return forms in an envelope with a $75 check for the buses paid to Holland Middle School.
Collection date for completed registration is THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2019 during RA in Cafeteria! All components above must be completed for valid registration.
The process is first come, first serve; therefore, it is important for all students to complete the necessary components by 11/7. We will start a waitlist for students if we go beyond 200 registrations.
Once participants are fully registered and confirmed, we will send a specific group link out to purchase lift tickets, rental equipment, and/or lessons.
There will be a special parent meeting on Tuesday, November 12th, at 7:00pm in the NMS auditorium, and another on Wednesday, November 13th, at 7:00pm in the HMS Auditorium. Parents must attend one or the other. This will allow us to review all expectations, check paperwork for completeness, and entertain questions in a group-forum setting.
