Senior Survey Time!!
Senior Exit Survey
MANDATORY Senior Survey
Post-High School Plans: Counselors visited US/VA Government classes on April 16th and 17th to have you complete the PWCS 2024 Senior Exit Survey. This is how we will know which college or location to send your final transcript to. We still have over 200 seniors who have not completed the survey. If you have not completed the survey, you may do so by following the directions below. This survey can ONLY be filled out ONCE and cannot be altered unless you notify Ms. Harris. For students who are not in government, or were absent when we visited, Ms. Harris will catch-up with you next week. This is a MANDATORY survey and you cannot be cleared for graduation if it is not completed.
- Log into Naviance via Clever
- Go to blue circle with your initials in the top right corner
- From the drop-down menu, click on Surveys from Your School
- Click on 2024 Senior EXIT Survey.
- READ, READ, READ the instructions before answering each question!
Grad Plan Evidence Survey
Seniors NOT choosing to attend college after graduation should also complete the Grad Plan Evidence Survey. You can find the link on your Naviance home page in the Welcome section. This survey will ask more details about your choice (military, apprenticeship, employment, etc) and ask you to provide evidence to support your progress towards your post-graduation plan. You will also be prompted to register to attend the CTE/Military Signing Day event held on May 21st to be recognized for your accomplishment. Again, this is only for students who are not planning to attend community college or a 4-year college this fall.
Senior Scholarship Survey
The Senior Scholarship Survey is open now until May 31st. You can find the link on your Naviance home page in the Welcome section. Remember to save all documentation for any scholarships you have received, since you will need to upload proof of each scholarship. When completing this survey, please report ALL money offered from any scholarship whether you are accepting the scholarship or not (for example... you applied to 5 schools and all 5 gave you scholarship offers. You are only accepting 1 scholarship, but we want you to report ALL 5 of those offers). Students should report scholarships only (College/University, Grant (except Pell), Athletic, Community/Local/High School, ROTC, Military, and Other). Student loans and FAFSA (Pell Grants) should NOT be reported! If you want to be recognized at the Senior Awards program for your scholarships, you must report them through the survey by Friday, May 3rd!!
Please see/email Ms. Harris if you have any questions.
