Region 5 is happy to bring you an amazing program of trainings!

We are excited to offer training to you and your staff via remote (ZOOM) and face to face classes throughout our program year.

This training defines the terms: food-borne illness and food-borne outbreak. Participants will learn how to prevent contamination and identify food-borne illness risk factors. Also, participants will be taught the temperature danger zone along with storing, transporting and serving food safely.
