Laura will be working in the office and in the field doing Staff Development. This means she will help bridge the gap between the office and the staff with better communication. Her role will be to hire new employees, train and educate, do introductions to new members, handle conflicts, and terminate employees. We are extremely excited to bring Laura to our team because we understand the importance of our staff and how critical it is to improve the communication between the staff, members, and office. If you have any questions or concerns about what you need to be doing a home or have an issue related to work please seek Laura out to help you!

Weather Conditions and Precautious
Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to our members during the recent storms and inclement weather.
Please review the company policy on inclement weather and strategize a plan with the office to ensure your safety and patient care. Some suggestions are to keep extra clothing articles with you in case you need to stay at a client's home and to have a backup plan with other caregivers in the home. For non-essential duties such as housekeeping, please consider another time or day to avoid storm time. We will work diligently to accommodate the needs of staff and members and rely on your team work and cooperation to ensure all operations run smoothly. We appreciate you and all you do.
Of course your safety is a priority, however please keep in mind our members count on us to be there, and for some may be the only option for safety and care.
