Statue of Liberty
The statue of LIberty was the first thing that immigrants saw when they came to the United States. The statue was a gift from the French government in 1876 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the USA. The Statue of Liberty was erected on October 28, 1886 and is recognized as a universal symbol of freedom and democracy.
Chinatown
With one of the biggest populations of Chinese immigrants in the western hemisphere, Manhattan's Chinatown is a true New York story, the American Dream in action. The thriving immigrant population gives visitors access to far-flung wares and culinary delights, and to walk these streets is to walk through NYC's past.
Ellis Island
It is an island close to Liberty Island. The majority of immigrants who came to the USA between 1892 and 1954 were processed there. Now, it´s been converted into a museum.

It's the place where Twin Towers were located. 16 years after the horrific 9/11 attacks, One World Trade Center stands in lower Manhattan. One World Trade Center was built next to a devastated Ground Zero. It´s the sixth tallest building in the world. This building has the same name as the North Tower of the original World Trade Center. The new World Trade Center and 9/11 Memorial are living tributes that honor those who lose their lives in the attacks.
Empire State
The world-famous Empire State Building is located in the center of Midtown Manhattan. The 86th and 102nd floor observatories provide unforgettable 360° views of New York City and beyond.

This observatory is less popular than the Empire State, but its location in the middle of Manhattan is perfect to have an incredible panoramic with the Empire State on the foreground and a complete view of Central Park.
Central Park
Central Park is full of attractions, from green grasses to long waters, gardens and unique bridges, music and performance centers, educational facilities, classical architecture and more. One of the top attraction is Strawberry Fields which is a garden of Central Park that commemorates the late Beatle, John Lennon. There is a mosaic which spells the word Imagine, the John´s famous song. People go there to leave flowers.
Yankees Stadium
Yankees Stadium is a sports centre located in Bronx which serves as the home stadium for the New York Yankees. There, you can see a baseball match or wander along its museum, where you can take a guided tour through the Yankees’ history.
Coney Island
Coney Island is a New York City neighborhood which is located in the southwestern part of Brooklyn. There is an amusement area that includes lots of attractions. Now, hundreds of thousands of people visit what has become one of the best New York beaches offering excellent things to do in the summer.
The best time to go to Coney Island is between Easter and Halloween.
Madison Square Garden
Madison Square Garden is a multi-purpose indoor arena in the New York City borough of Manhattan. The Garden is used for professional basketball and ice hockey, as well as boxing, concerts, ice shows, professional wrestling and other forms of sports and entertainment. The Garden is the oldest sporting facility in the New York metropolitan area.
