Function
Proteins help keep the body strong and helps keep bones from breaking. They help keep the body healthy and build muscle. It also helps lose weight if they are eaten right.
Structure
Protein is the building block for the body while crabs are sugar and starches and have short term energy. Nucleic acids make DNA and RNA but, they don't make muscle. Lipids are fatty acids and if you eat to much fatty acids it is unhealthy while protein is more healthy and helps the body grow.
Locations
Proteins can be found in every cell and even in muscles, organs, and even skin and hair.
Specalities
Proteins are so special because they help the body get bigger muscles. It also helps all the cells because protein is the building block of the body. Without proteins we wouldn't be much of anything. We wouldn't have very big muscles, strong bones, and even bad skin and hair. Proteins are also very healthy for the body and is found in virtually any food that is in the food pyramid.
