Xello- Individual Learning Plan

According to RIDE, all students must have an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). RIDE defines the ILP as, "A student-directed planning and monitoring tool that customizes learning opportunities throughout students' secondary school experience, broadens their perspectives, and supports attainment of goals." Last year, students in grades 6-10 piloted Xello, a career and college readiness platform. Based upon our 2021 Surveyworks data, we learned that students are seeking more meaningful ways to explore their interests, learn about careers, and explore colleges. Xello can do just that! Based upon positve student feedback from last year, we will be using Xello this year in grades 6-12. All students are able to access Xello through Clever on the district website.
