Tuesday, December 4 - App Sharing - Bring an App to share with the group. I will share the following - Destiny Quest App (to get to our library books from your device)

Tuesday, December 11- Google Reader - What is Google Reader? Read your web pages in one place with Google Reader, where keeping up with your favorite websites is as easy as checking your email. You don't have to log into all of the websites, just check Google Reader.

Google Reader in Plain English -

How to get to Google Reader? It is under the "more" pulldown menu in Google Drive. You will learn two ways to subscribe to Webpages with RSS feeds. "Subscribe" in Reader, or on a page that has an RSS feed symbol. You can also search for topics that are of interest to you.

Show Feeddler RSS App on my iphone. (Probably has the same app for ipad and Droid.) You can then follow the web pages on your phone or ipad.

Tuesday, December 18- "smore" - Newsletter Web Page

Tuesday, January 15 - YouTube Channel - Set up your YouTube Channel. You already have one because you have a Google Docs account. You just need to set it up.

Tuesday, January 22 - - Capture and record a video of your computer screen to share with students. You can save to your desktop and upload to your YouTube channel. You might link this to your web page or embed it in your web page.

Tuesday, January 29 - Link your video from YouTube to your webpage, or embed it to your webpage.

More to come. Please leave me a comment or send an email for ideas that you have for training.
