Weight Watchers New York-Deli Reubens
20 Minutes or Less
¼ cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons no-salt added ketchup
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
4 slices light rye bread
¼ pound thinly sliced low-sodium lean corned beef
1 cup well-drained fresh-style (packaged) sauerkraut
4 (1-ounce) slices no-salt-added Swiss cheese
1. Preheat broiler.
2. To make dressing, stir together mayonnaise, ketchup, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl. Spread dressing evenly on slices of bread. Top evenly with corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
3. Assemble sandwiches and place on broiler rack and broil 5 inches from heat until cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.
