7th Amendment

Rights to a trial by Jury

How does the jury help?

The jury be able to listen to the testimonies of the witnesses (people who were involved or saw the event) and come up with an answer on whether or not that the defendant (person who is being accused) is guilty or not guilty of the charges that have been set forth.
