We are back on campus for weeks 5 and 6 with F2F instruction. Our students did a great job with remote learning even with a day or two of internet outages early in the two-week period. It is important for students to stay on top of their work and to log in each day and attend their classes as they can.

As we return to F2F instruction this week, we have been asked to remind everyone that if your child or a member of your family/close contact to your family has tested positive for COVID-19 or is being tested for COVID-19, please do not send your child to school. We ask that you contact our school nurse, Mrs. Tammy Tate for more information.

Please remember to review COVID-19 safety guidelines with your child. Masks are required to be worn by staff and students upon arrival to campus, during all transitions, in classrooms when up and moving around, in hallways, at dismissal, and in classrooms when proper social distancing of at least 6ft. isn't possible. All students who wish to wear their masks even when social distancing is possible, may certainly do so. Thank you for reviewing these guidelines with your child.

Our Fall athletes have begun their season with Volleyball and Cheer.

Due to DHEC and SCHSL guidelines, seating has been limited to a very small number to allow for social distancing of 6 feet. At this time, all available volleyball seats have been reserved for the families of student athletes. A ticket voucher must be presented at the gate for admission.

Price-$5.00 Date-Tuesday, September 22nd

Time-5:30pm Requirement-All spectators must wear a face mask

Ticket Vouchers-Parents of athletes(cheer and volleyball), we have asked West Oak to provide us with the actual number of vouchers they will be using for the upcoming home game by Monday. If there are any available vouchers(they would be on the visitor side), Coach Evett and Coach Anthony will notify families so that any unused vouchers can be claimed and used by DMS families.

Our school had 10 unused vouchers at last week's game. If you are not using your ticket voucher please give any unused vouchers to another family that may need them for their family.
