Busting Through the Bogus so You Don't Have To

Insanity: Fast and Furious Abs

The box says :

  • Shaun T condenses a 45-minute workout into just 15 minutes-giving you an insane six-pack, fast
  • Shaun T takes you through each of his favorite INSANITY ab and core moves, now at a fast and furious pace
  • Short on time? Fast and Furious Abs is a "must have" workout to add to your INSANITY routine and is also perfect on its own

I feel good about this product because his other DVD's have good reviews. The company is BeachBody and the website link can be found here:

Good Research

The website explains how the product works. By doing Max Interval training, you burn more calories, faster. The harder you push yourself the faster you body has to adapt. It's important to remember that you have to maintain proper eating habits while you are doing this to get the maximum benefit from the workout.

It is a full body workout. It's called insanity for a reason. For those willing to commit to the workout, there will be good results.

Work Your Way Up

These results seem like the are achievable, but remember to nourish your body. If you don't think you can do it, don't do it. It's not safe to push yourself too far. That would be the only downside to this workout.

Customer Satisfaction

It has 4.5/5 stars on Amazon and Google and the before and after pictures and testimonials seem honest. There are plenty of example of people doing the workout and liking the product.
