• The plan must be reviewed every 6 months from the date of your ESSER III NOGA
• Must be posted in English and Spanish
• Must address all CDC requirements
• Stakeholders must be included in the 6 month review. No need for public comment UNLESS changes are made to the plan. (See list of required stakeholders below)

Use of Funds Plan

• One pager and/or PS3013 and PS3014
• Must include allocation amounts
• Must include breakdown of 20% set aside
• Must be posted in English and Spanish

We have received some questions regarding the timeline of the ARP ESSER III grant and would like to provide some clarification. Some of you may have noticed the grant end date listed on the Grant Opportunities Page on the TEA website is listed as September 30, 2023. However, the period of availability for the ARP ESSER III grant is from March 13, 2020 (with pre-award), to September 30, 2024 (with carryover).

• ESSA Consolidated Application opens - May 18, 2022 - Due September 2, 2022
• SC5003 - Now open and due 9/2/22
• ESSA Consolidated Compliance Reports (2021/2022) Open - 7/29/22 - Due 9/30/22
• Rural and Low-Income Schools Compliance Report Open - 7/29/22 - Due 9/30/33

If you are an ACE district, your consultant will be contacting you soon (if they haven't already) to schedule a time to complete the above submissions.
