What are Dr. Sooter and Mr. Moler Looking for When they enter your classroom?
Indicator 4.1
Things to think about: Are your essential questions posted where the students can see them? Does the lesson have a clear purpose? Are your students involved in higher order thinking?
Indicator 5.1
Things to think about: Are the students motivated to do the assignment? Are they engaged with the assignment either individually or in groups? Is the teacher actively working to engage students in the assignment?
Indicator 5.3b
Things to think about: Is your classroom a great place to learn? What is the climate of your classroom? What is your relationship like with your students?
