NEE in Action

You will be observed roughly 6-8 unannounced times throughout the school year. Dr. Sooter and Mr. Moler will use a rubric for each listed indicator to rank you 1-7 on each; the higher the score, the better. If your rating is four or below for any of the indicators, the number will be hyperlinked to useful information indicating how to improve teaching strategies in relationship to that indicator.

As soon as your evaluation is complete, you will get an email that your NEE data tool was updated. As soon as we have your login information for NEE, I can show you what this data tool looks like. After you log in, you can view your scores and feedback. A nice thing about NEE is that you receive immediate feedback. Questions? I'm here to help! Email me. Call me. Come by my room.
