In the Age of Social Media

Join Rick Kaufman, APR, along with local school PR professionals & superintendents for a day of learning!

The golden age of social media is upon us, and leaders are learning how to use these powerful new tools to communicate quickly and effectively in a crisis. This interactive session – facilitated by one of the foremost authorities on crisis management – will explore how a range of social media tools may be used to enhance crisis communications. Workshop will include whole group discussions, real situation scenarios, and role-play to further prepare for the inevitable crisis.
