3-27-2020 Teleschool Updates
Dear Hillside Community,
We've made it through week #2 of Teleschool! Congratulations to you and your students! I just want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and effort throughout this period. We all recognize that this isn't easy, and there will be growing pains along the way. However, I am confident that we will get to a place of greater ease. Please continue to give grace to our teachers as they continue to acquire and utilize new skills required for Teleschool. I am so proud of the work that they are doing, and I can assure you, they are working diligently, collaborating, and finding ways to deliver appropriate and engaging learning experiences for our students. Please continue to provide feedback! Your experience is important to us!
Again, thank you!
Note from Ms. Dewey, Counselor
Blessings in a Backpack: Families receiving Blessings can pick up their bag at the old Kohls parking lot (across from Centennial High School) on Monday from 12:00-1:00.
During this time away from school, it is so important for students to maintain a schedule and be responsible. Take a look at my video where I discuss the Keys to Responsibility. Feel free to check out the other videos on my YouTube channel as well (there are some videos of the baby chicks we have). Please call, email or text if you or your child are in need of my support! 678-327-5847 or deweyk@fultonschools.org

As a parent navigating this new terrain, it may understandably feel overwhelming for you. Hopefully this graphic will provide some thoughts to consider to help ease your mind!

The district has now added additional meal sites for our students. FCS- created work packets will also be available for families that prefer paper copies during the same times.

Teleschool Feedback Request
We aim to do our part to make Teleschool as smooth and helpful as it can be as we continue to learn together. Please take a moment to provide some feedback so that we can celebrate what's going well and improve where needed. Thank you!
