IMPORTANT 20-21 SALARY INFORMATION
At the May 12, 2020 Governing Board Meeting the FY21 (School Year 20-21) Salary Recommendation was approved. Our Governing Board approved another significant salary increase for the 2020-21 year, making this a significant salary increase four of the past five years. The Governing Board recognizes the efforts of our staff and is making sure our most valuable asset – our people – are fairly compensated. This recommendation was developed with input from the Budget Committee, as well as the work of the Negotiated Solutions Team (NST) process. The NST process includes input from all employee groups, and this recommendation is a collaborative effort of all those involved.
Highlights from the FY21 Salary Recommendation:
- 5% increase for all Certified and Other Professional Staff
- 4% increase (on average) for Classified, plus addressing wage compression for the lowest ranges and reclassifying our paraprofessionals
- 4% increase (on average) for Administrative and Exempt

Employment agreements will be issued (or revised for Certified, OPS and Admin/Exempt) to reflect these increases by the end of the day on May 21, 2020. Employees will be able to get these documents from the iVisions Portal.
END-OF-YEAR PAY INFORMATION
Also, any addenda elected to be paid at the end of the school year or after Balance of Contract will be paid on the June 18, 2020 pay date. Performance Pay to be paid on June 11, 2020 (NOTE - this is in between our normal biweekly pay cycles and these funds will be direct deposited in to your existing account).
