lots of spices are used and there are lots of fattening dishes. lots of soups too though.

lots of peppers are used in most food sometimes a lot, sometimes a little

Large chance of diabetes and stroke but easy to get the nutrition you need

include: breads, fruits, vegetables, dairy and meats

Chances of cancer but a healthy diet
Native American
include: breads, fruits, vegetable, dairy and meats
exclude: none
stroke, obesity, diabetes and heart disease but also could have a healthy diets if they ate the right things
