Chromebook & RUP Information
Chromebook Insurance: The district is offering an insurance program for your child’s Access Initiative device (Chromebook). The cost to participate in this program is $20* annually. Participation is optional. Coverage takes effect once payment is received, and the Access Initiative device is issued to your child. It is not retroactive. Buying into the program provides coverage only during the current school year, so from the time payment is received through the end of the school year. The program fee is non-refundable and does not transfer to the next school year if the insurance is not used.
*Please note the insurance fee to participate is $20, as SISK12 / Student360 is reflecting an inaccurate fee of $10.
Please bring payment (cash or Check made out to LHS) to the main office (Lisa Berghoff).
Updating Parent Contact Information
Freshmen & New Students will receive their Chromebooks on the first day of school.
10th-12th-grade students, please come to school on the first day with your Chromebook fully charged.

Grad Night Class of 2022
Grad Night is a safe and sober event that is held on the evening of graduation. This event is hosted by the senior parents (not the school), in a safe location. This is an exclusive party for graduates only and the last chance for graduates to celebrate as a class! We will be holding a meeting on Wednesday, August 11 at 6 pm in the LHS school library to begin planning. If you'd like to help with grad night, please plan on attending. We'll be looking for parents to help chair/assist committees. If you are the parent of a senior, please join "Liberty HS Class of 2022 Parents" on Facebook for updates.
Freshmen Link Crew Information
We are very excited that your child will be attending Liberty High School and we look forward to meeting your student on Freshman Link Crew Orientation Day. Our school participates in the nationwide Link Crew Program, an organization whose sole purpose is to help freshmen feel more comfortable as well as help them achieve success in their first year of high school.
The Link Crew freshman orientation and transition program is designed to both welcome and support freshmen by assigning them a junior or senior Link Leader as a mentor during this first year. This Link Leader is a responsible older student who was hand-selected from a large pool of applicants and has met the qualifications of being a good role model and a positive leader on our campus.
Link Crew Freshman Orientation will be held on Friday, August 20 from 8:00 to 12:00 in our gymnasium. This is not a mandatory event, but it is highly recommended that your child attend.
Two important notes about the day:
1) Your child is encouraged not to bring backpacks, purses or other like items as the day is quite active;
2) Because the day is active, please make sure that your child wears comfortable
clothing that does not restrict movement.
This is a student-only function, so we encourage you to let your child attend on their own.
Students who are unable to attend orientation are welcome to attend an online Google Meet session on Monday, August 23, where they will be able to conduct a Q&A and virtually tour the building. This link will be sent out at a later date.
We look forward to meeting your child on orientation day!
