These will be put together by the teacher from donations given by parents and the school. Thank you in advance for any donations you are able to provide.
AFTER SCHOOL DISMISSAL
At Ascent Academy West Valley, we have THREE ways students are dismissed.
1. Day Care: If your student needs to get on a Day Care bus, PLEASE complete this form. This will allow your student to receive a Day Care pass and will be dismissed a minute early to get on their day care bus.
2. Walking: If your student plans on walking home, PLEASE complete this form. This will allow your student to receive a Walking pass and will be dismissed a minute early to start heading home. IF you plan on picking up your student even though they are a WALKER, PLEASE make sure you are parked on the SOUTH side of Cilma Drive. NO students will be allowed to cross the street to the North side to get into their vehicles.
There is a parking area on the west side of the school right before the bridge if you would like to park and have your "Walking" student to meet you there.
3. Car Pool: All Families are assigned a number. You will be given a rearview mirror hanger with that number on it. Students will wait in their classroom until their carpool number is projected on the classroom screen. Student(s) will then leave the classroom and meet their vehicle outside at one of our 6 colored cones.
IF your student is NOT marked as a Day Care or Walking student, you MUST go through the carpool lane to pick up your student.
