Season of Service

January 16th - April 23rd 2016

Churches that pray, worship and serve together

We believe that community transformation can really happen when churches serve together, worship together and pray together for the sake of their community. And we love to elevate and celebrate those who are walking this out! Last week, Elk Grove churches came together to worship and pray for their city. Then on Saturday, hundreds of church members served a dozen schools in the Elk Grove School District with campus beautification projects. This week, churches in Davis will be getting together to pray for their city. And on Saturday they too will be releasing hundreds to serve in various projects. What can happen over time in neighborhoods and communities when churches seek together, through prayer and action, the needs of those around them? I can't wait to find out! And I hope that you too are involved in a faith community that prays, worships and serves the needs of those around you.
