Administrators' Address: Back to School Night
On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 SPES held an extremely successful Back to School Night. Over 175 adults along with 195 children attended the SPES Back to School Night! During the whole group session, parents, guardians, and families were able to complete the volunteer training, and learn about BCPS One, important health updates and the Title I Parent Involvement Plan. The PTA held elections securing a president, treasurer, and secretary. During the classroom sessions, teachers provided information about their classroom expectations and routines, curriculum, and ways in which parents can assist their children with their schooling. Thank you to everyone who presented or assisted with the evening activities!
