Sometimes it is tempting not to see the value in making one small change- we procrastinate and argue in our minds why it is too much energy for too little impact - but the reality is that it is the small things - added up - done strategically and consistently over time- that add up to big differences.
I celebrate the teachers at CT’MS who have the courage to try new things and make small changes. These changes ARE making a difference.
Let’s keep the fire going!
