Safety and Security
Safety is a top priority for the Lincoln County R-III School District. ECEC has scheduled fire, intruder, missing child, earthquake tornado drills each quarter. We partner with
the police and fire departments to make sure our procedures run efficiently.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call the ECEC office.
PTO
Thank you to the PTO for providing our AMAZING teachers with dinner during their late night of Parent/Teacher Conferences last month! Teachers were able to enjoy pizza and pasta thanks to parent donations to our organization and through the help of our officers.
Also, please start practicing your talents for our upcoming Mommy & Me Talent Show, which will be held on Friday, December 4th. Moms can be in the performance alongside their child or simply be there along the way to help their child prepare for the show. Please be looking for upcoming information, as you will not want to miss this very cute event!
As always, we would love to see you at our next meeting, on Thursday, November 7th, as we meet the first Thursday of every month at 5pm at ECEC. If you cannot make the meetings, but still have ideas/concerns, please feel free to contact our PTO President Teil Mitchell at teilw43@hotmail.com, so that we can add them to our next meeting’s agenda. We’d love to hear from you! Thank you to all the parents, teachers and staff who continue to make the PTO such a fun and successful organization of which to be a part!
READING CALENDAR
The Nightly Reading Record Sheet is an amazing way to make sure reading is a priority in your house. When your child returns any monthly reading calendar completely filled in, at any time, they will receive a fun book. If they complete 6 calendars in the school year, they will get to pick a book from our “library,” Ms. Kelly will read it to them, and then they get to take it home. The Record sheet can be found and printed here http://www.troy.k12.mo.us/domain/88
