When I started out on the Triplex, I kept an index card and a measuring tape in my bathroom. Every Monday morning I wrote down the date, all of my measurements and my weight. It was a clear indicator of my progress on my products!

We often see inches melt away before we see our weight change. Losing fat and not muscle (inches rather than "weight") is a very good thing! After I ran out of room on my index card, I started using an app called "Progress" on my phone. (There are many apps that do this, so look around and find one you like!) I try to weigh myself only once a week so that I don't get discouraged. It's much easier to see progress if you're tracking regularly and methodically. Don't cheat yourself out of seeing your body change and having the data to prove it!
