Our whole world has flipped on its head and it's been tough to not get into a funk when routines (school, sleep schedules, etc.) are nowhere near normal! But now is the perfect time to develop your own routines, learn new skills (Mr. Rogen is teaching himself how to longboard, for example!), and get inspired to do new, amazing things.
Here's a great blog article on helping you plan that journey:
-If you have Alexa, try the "Do Good" app. Just say, "Alexa, open Do Good!" Name a pressing social issue and Do Good will let you know about the organizations that are working to help. For instance, if you're interested in caring for animals, say, "I want to help animals," and it will provide the best places to invest your time, energy, and resources.
-Download Duolingo on your phone and learn a new language! Or Khan Academy and take fun classes for free!
Here's a link to a pretty fantastic list of a wide assortment of apps to help learn new skills and get you out of that funk!
(Bonus, and just for fun, since we're spending so much time indoors, try getting your family together and say "Alexa, open Escape the Room.")
Stay safe everyone and enjoy your long weekend, you all deserve it!
