Please view and add your signature to verify that it was received. For K-2 distance learners, report cards will be mailed today.

OTHER RETAIL PARTNERSHIPS

As you begin your holiday shopping and dining, please remember that SVDP benefits from several other retail partners.

How do I select a charitable organization to support when shopping on AmazonSmile?

On your first visit to smile.amazon.com, you need to select a charitable organization to receive donations from eligible purchases before you begin shopping. We will remember your selection, and then every eligible purchase you make through AmazonSmile will result in a donation. Select St. Vincent de Paul School.

You can also use this link: smile.amazon.com/ch/94-3033873

Order from Extreme Pizza and use promo code SVDP, you will receive 10% off and SVDP will receive 10% of your purchase.
When you shop online at www.officedepot.com, you can select for a portion of your purchase to be credited to our SVDP. When we order classroom and office supplies, the percentage of your donations is deducted from our purchase. Make a purchase, copy your order number, go to the Give Back to Schools link. The school ID number is 70014139. Enter the order number where indicated.
If you are a member of the Sports Basement Basementeer program, you receive 10% off most purchases and SVDP receives 10% of the profit of the sale. Basementeer memberships do have a one-time charge of $25, but the membership does not expire. When you sign up, select St. Vincent de Paul School - San Francisco as the beneficiary. Currently, Sports Basement is unable to designate funds to us, but they have been strong supporters in the past, and we hope you will continue to support their local stores.

COVID-19 Testing at Saint Vincent de Paul

New Date Added - January 6, 2021

Big picture

UPDATED

In addition to the December 7th date previously announced, we have arranged a new on site COVID testing date on Wednesday, January 6th. Employees, registered school families, and the immediate family members of either group are invited to utilize this service.

This test is not mandatory, but a courtesy service given the choices people must make about travel and family interactions around Thanksgiving and Christmas. The new test date is scheduled for Wednesday, to avoid our COVID campus protocols, where students are only allowed to enter / exit campus once per day. We hope this gives you more flexibility in scheduling.

The test site will be open from 8:30 – 3:30. You must have an appointment, there will be no walk-ins permitted. If you wish to take part in this testing program, click here for an appointment time. Each individual must have their own appointment time.

Necessary forms and additional information are available on SchoolSpeak or follow the link to your appointment confirmation:

  • Patient Test Request Form (must be downloaded, completed, and submitted to nurse at test site)
  • Consent for Venous Puncture (if applicable must be downloaded, completed, and submitted to nurse at test site)
  • HRSA COVID-19 Uninsured Program (if applicable must be downloaded, completed, and submitted to nurse at test site)
  • Notice of Privacy Practice
  • Instructions to access lab results on PMH portal

At your appointment, please bring:

  • A photocopy of the front and back of your medical insurance ID card. They will need one copy for every family member being tested, even if the information is the same. The paperwork stays with the sample, so it cannot be shared.
  • Completed Patient Test Request Form (see above)
  • Completed Consent for Venous Puncture (if applicable, see above)

The test site will be set up in the staff parking lot (corner of Green and Pierce). If weather prohibits an outdoor event, the testing will be moved inside the gym.

Currently, the schedule is open for one appointment per time slot. However, they will open more appointments based on demand.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your participation in this year's online book fair. Over $2,150 was spent on books for our students and families. We now have close to $700 to purchase items in the Scholastic catalog. We will use these profits to purchase furniture and books for the classrooms and library.

Thank you for putting books into the hands of our students. Hopefully, next year we will be able to return to our in-house book fair.

Thanks again,

Sue Della Cella
