Springboard is a personal development programme for women. It provides tools and techniques for you to take stock of where you are in your life and work, work out what is important to you, set new goals and take the first steps towards achieving them.

The Navigator development programme enables men to identify the clear, practical and realistic steps that they want to take at work and at home, and then develop the skills and determination to do something about them. It is valuable for all men at any stage of their career.

Spring Forward is a development programme for women in middle to senior grades. Designed for women who already have leadership/management responsibility or assume responsibility for leading on ideas, finance, equipment, projects or other areas, as well as those anticipating this next step.

Sprint is a development programme for Women Postgraduate Research Students focusing on personal and professional development. It helps women research students achieve their potential and ensure they are able to make the most of wide career opportunities after their research degree.

Fresh Steps is a mid-career personal and career development programme focusing on reviewing your achievements, talents and skills, finding out what’s important to you now and exploring your thoughts, ideas or plans for the future. It’s for anyone with significant work experience who is open to the possibilities that their future could offer.

The information sessions and the actual programmes have separate event registrations, so you will need to sign up to both if you would like to attend both. For any of the programmes you must be able to attend all of the workshop dates.

It is ideal if you can attend the information session, although not a pre-requisite to attending the programme.
